Hi Katewoowoo,

I doubt you will have as long a wait us we did. My partner is from Egypt which is a high risk country, so we expected that they would take longer.... mind you not this long
I would suggest submitting more supporting documents and/or photos every now and then just to let them know you are still waiting and it also demonstrates your commitment to the process.
Hopefully you will have a positive result soon - good luck!

Self Assembled application

I did not use an Agent. I followed the checklist from the Immigration website and provided all the requested information (Completed application, Statutory Declarations)- included supporting evidence of relationship: joint memberships-health clubs, Costco; travel- joint frequent flyer memberships-boarding passes (for my partner and I) traveling together, wedding/birthday party invitations/ holiday cards all addressed to both partner and I, pictures of us together with family and friends).

Have everything organised and when you upload documents- label them so they are clearly identified. Example: Statutory Declaration, pictures,

Thanks for clarifying- if the processing times are from that original lodged date rather than the eligible date I should have a response within the next few months (great news!) I'll post when I have an update.

If anyone else has recently received their 100 PR Visa could you please share how long you waited (please include when you lodged & were granted your 309 also)

Thank you.
Update: April 2019 Granted 100 Visa - 33 months after original lodgement of combined 309/100 application

Hello Lovebirds, Thanks for replying. Actually it’s been 16 months since I applied for 100 visa which is causing me lots of mentally depression and stress. I would be really happy and thankful if you will suggest me what document should I give and any other thing which can help to grant visa. If you don’t mind can I please ask since how long you are in relationship, and how many documents you have uploaded? What are the documents which I can provide on daily basis. Please reply as soon as possible . Thanks

Whats your situation like Vicky? It'll help if you list down the documents you've provided and your history with your partner. It's alot easier to help when we know what documents you have actually submitted.

Hi Aussie
thanks for replying. I am married since 2015 and have 2 children . I applied 309 in December 2015 and granted in September 2016 and was eligible for 100 in December 2017 and applied in December 2017 but since then I did not received a single email from immigration. I have provided all joint name documents like insurance , joint bank account, lease documents, photos with family and friends, joint invitations , joint travel tickets, birth certificate of children, 888 forms, statutory declaration from parents and spouse for our relationship, all utility bills and AFP. My file is in further assessment since October 2018. But immigration did not asked for anything. Kindly suggest me what else I can submit to get the grant early.

Thanks
