Hi everyone

Just wanted to know what supporting documents are required with application 100, other than Police clearance certificates and Form 888?

Thank you

Hi Kunalruchi,

I am coming to 16 months of wait as well and no contact so far. Your case is slightly better as they still ask for more documents. At least you know what is missing. For my case, I wish they could tell me if there is any other required documents and I still have no idea. May I know where are you from and how long have you been together? Those could be the factors. I am from high risk and been together for 6 years Thanks. Sodalime

Looking back on other posts I would say everything that could support your statement of relationship, commitment, household and finance. As such, anything joint from bills, mortgage, rental, purchase, travels, social events etc.

Hi All, have you guys checked the new processing time for subclass 100, it has changed to 21 months to 28 months. This is ridiculous and not fair on the people.

Hi guys, just want to ask if one can travel overseas after applying 2nd stage partner visa100 ? my wife submitted visa 100 application last month and we have submitted most of the documents. We will be leaving for 88days in November..

If yes, will this long offshore trip can leave negative effect on her application ? can we request my wife's medical to be done later if CO ask for it while we are overseas?

PS: we bought tickets months before applying 100, was misinformed that 2 years duration will start from day she entered Australia when we planned this trip.

(sorry if similar question has been asked before, search thread option is not working atm..)

Unfortunately, for those who got their grants in July, quite a larger number than usual took longer than average. But at least they did get finalised eventually.

I noticed a couple that took 44 and 48 months.

They might have decided to try to clear out a load of old cases in July, causing the 75% figure to become under 28 months.

100 Partner (Permanent) visa (subclass 100).
75% processed in under 21 months. (June was 14 months)
10% processed in over 28 months. (June was 21 months)

These numbers can be deceptive. A visa processed in 5 months would be included in that 21 months figure.

Also, if immigration were to decide to refuse a large number of applications after a substantial waIt time, those processing times would be included in the official times.

Who knows, they may have done a clear out in July, causing the upsurge in times.
The times for August may drop back down when new figures are released.

Added:

It seems July really was an odd month, compare June and August from the Subclass 100 Grants on this forum

14/06/19 100 Finalised after 0.5 months, from UK
21/06/19 100 Finalised after 2.2 months, from Bangladesh
05/07/19 100 Finalised after 26.6 months, from ?
05/07/19 100 Finalised after 48.7 months, from ?
09/07/19 100 Finalised after 43.6 months, from USA
06/08/19 100 Finalised after 4.5 months, from Singapore

thank you for the information.

When a case officer is allotted and asks for police clearance certificate, how long does it take for them to grant the visa. They have asked me for one and I have sent is to them soon after. It's almost a month now since the document was sent, nothing yet from them????
