hi Everyone,

I just went in my immi account to check and under the Attach Documents section, there is this button to click on which says "I confirm I have provided information as requested". However, its in grey and I am not able to click on.

Does anyone experience the same thing? I wonder if this affect my application that my documents are not confirmed as received by the department? Many thanks, Sodalime.

Yes. You want to supply a lot of the same types of evidences that you supplied for the 309. However, the key here is to upload new evidences from the date that you received the 309 grant to present. So, updated lease, new joint bank statements, etc. We also supplied our tax statements, utilities and joint memberships that we have. The key here is to prove that your relationship is ongoing since the grant of the 309.

Hi everyone

Thank you all for all the information.

I got the PR grant today.
I didn't really submit much with the Visa application 100. Just a photographic pdf showing my recent trip overseas visiting his family and our call log from this period.

Good Luck to everyone and thanks for your support.

I have the same case but it shouldn't affect the application processing or timeline. Because when you first login to your account there is an alert message that tells you that the button might be grayed out however your documents will still be looked at

missymee3 lodged the 309 in the 1st week of August 2017, so had a subclass 100 eligibility date in the first week of August 2019. 100 was granted 17/9/19.
Processing time was therefore about 1.3 months.
