There is no expiry for 309 Temporarily, until they decide your permanent Partner (Migrant) visa (subclass 100) application or the application is withdrawn.
You don’t need bvb if you are currently on visa subclass 309 and you can travel to and from Australia as many times as you want.

Got my 309 approved in 3 months, so I hope this one doesn't take much longer considering we want to buy property here in Oz.

309 applied trough Berlin Office from the Netherlands, 100 here in QLD.

Anyone with similar timelines?

You might find it on the covering letter for the IMMI Grant Notification.

Our 2nd stage was granted in Victoria, as it has this part way down the email notification.
Processing Office:Permanent Partner Processing Centre - Victoria

But it did not mention it on the actual Grant itself.

Don't try and read any pattern or reason to it. My thai wife's 100 was processed through London.

What are your timeline dates for the 309 and 100? And nationality?

The 20-32 months relates to the December 2019 grants, from the eligibility date. These times change every month after they calculate the previous months times.

December 2019
subclass 100 Partner (Permanent) Visa Processing Times.
75% processed in under 20 months. 10% processed in over 32 months.

Did you upload everything needed for the 100, including the sponsor declaration?

I've seen processing times between 24 and 48 months from 309 application date to PR grant date recently. About 33 to 35 months seemed to be common.

Exclamation Pcc

I submitted my UAE PCC at the time of filling for 309/100
I left UAE in 2013 and gave my PCC to IMMI in 2018.

I did not travel to UAE since 2013, I uploaded my new Indian PCC and NPC (Australia) with 100 application

Do I need to re-upload the UAE PCC or will IMMI ask for it again? I think I have lost that PCC now and unable to locate it.

Hello Guys,

When will I get the Health Examination link? Do we need to do health check up for subclass 100. I am confused. In the Immi account there is no health examination link??
