Hi guys, I am just about to start lodging documents for our stage 2 partner visa, we applied for stage 1 on the 6th of March 2018. I am just a bit confused. I understand that we have to lodge proof within the four aspects of social, financial, nature of household and commitment. However it is gonna be so repetitive from stage 1!! Not much has changed at all since then, we lodged proof for stage 1 up to like 5 months ago, when stage 1 was accepted. Pretty much nothing has happened or changed since then!! Of course I am gonna do the stat decs from friends/family and all that, but that's the easy part anyway. Anyone have advice about what to do???? I am sure they're not interested in hearing and seeing the same things..

They are after proof of the same topics since the grant of 309.
Would imagine there would be done changes like moving over here

Yeah I do understand that... But we have nothing to tell them that we haven't already. And no I never left, I was on a bridging visa. I just went to Bali for them to accept it, and then straight back to Australia again.

Yes. It is going to be very repetitive in parts.

But, you also need to talk about things since stage 1.

We had lots of selfies in different parts, beaches, shopping centres. We did one PDF on things like that. A trip to Sydney together with details.

New relationship proofs such as joint insurance, credit cards etc.

I did not travel to UAE since 2013, I uploaded my new Indian PCC and NPC (Australia) with 100 application

Do I need to re-upload the UAE PCC or will IMMI ask for it again? I think I have lost that PCC now and unable to locate it.

Anyone has any inputs?

Got my 309 approved in 3 months, so I hope this one doesn't take much longer considering we want to buy property here in Oz.

309 applied trough Berlin Office from the Netherlands, 100 here in QLD.

Anyone with similar timelines?
Today on the 7th of March 2020 I received my PR 100 Visa, after a 4 month wait period. It was processed trough the Brisbane office.

Everyone that is still waiting, good luck and you could get your grant soon, just hang in there.

Please help me.... Im a little confused. When I lodge proof, am I acting like this is a continuation of what I lodged for the first visa, or am I acting like it's a brand new application? For example when I'm talking about or commitment and our story, do they want us to repeat the whole thing, about where we met with the dates and all of that, which we already have done in the first part?

They are interested from the date you received your first visa grant up untill now, forget about the time before that. The proof you uploaded then is useless for this one.

So yes, threat it as a whole new application.
