Hi guys, just want to let you know that my visa has been granted on 11/7 after submitting additional docs 3 days before grant date. My total waiting time was 10 months from eligibility date. Good luck to those who are waiting and special thanks to Mark Northam, Jeremy Hooper & Mish for keeping this forum being so informative and helpful x

I'm sorry if this has already been covered, but we have tried to contact our case officer and she has not replied. It is now less than 2 months before the two year mark so I understand we are supposed to submit further documents now for the 100 visa? Where do we submit them and what documents do we need to submit? I can't find any clear information online, it's so confusing. We haven't received any communication from the dept on this.

The case officer for the 309 had nothing to do with 100. The information is all on the border website under permanent partner processing.

Most times you get an email 2 months or less before eligibility date.. if not you can ring DIBP but it doesn't tell you much different than what the border website tells you.

You submit the docs online or by paper and the docs are like the 309 addressing the 4 categories etc from the grant of the 309.

I wasn't being sarcastic. I was responding the same way as migration agents do.

I found the link by looking on google!

No need to be rude. I volunteer my time here to help people. If people are going to be rude then I will be out of here.
