Hello everyone!
I submitted my application for the subclass 100 on June 10, 2016 online and it says it's been submitted and that's it. I haven't heard anything. How long have you guys been waiting? Has anyone's been granted and if so, how long was their wait time? Also, has anyone's not been approved? My husband (Australian) and I are actually living back in the US now but he's on an E3 visa from the AU government to work here....I'm hoping that won't be a problem since the E3 is a temporary work visa and we have intention of going back to Oz in the future...

Any help or feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

But defacto can be 801 or 100? Which one are you waiting for? Did your first partner application onshore or offshore?

From your previous posts it looks like you hold a 820 currently NOT a 309. Therefore you are waiting for your 801 NOT your 100.

IF this is correct then processing times for 801's are 12 to 15 months. We have an American citizen currently waiting 10 months already for their 801 and a UK citizen waiting 11 months.

It is a long wait.

My 100 was just granted today, I applied for it in mid-February so it looks like about 9 months is the current wait time.

Congrats dawnw!
Could you advice more details such as your eligible date, and did immi contact you n ask for further info before granted the visa? Did you update your evidence frequently to your immi account (assume you apply online?)?

Thanks.

i was eligible Feb 03, and I submitted a few days after that (Feb 11 I think). I did one update maybe a week later and that was it. I wasn't asked to submit anything further, I wasn't contacted in any way from the day I submitted until the approval letter today.
