A penal clearance certificate is obtained from an overseas country's government or law enforcement authority. See the section entitled Police Check for each country listed below which you are required to obtain a certificate from. I assume that is if you have been outside of Australia for more than 12 months since the grant of your temporary visa.

309/100 offshore partner visa

Hi Everyone
Please take 2 minutes to read my case and

Please advice me..

I lived in Australia for 7 years 2009-2016. I was a victim of a scam that's why I had PIC 4020 condition imposed on me.

Due e to PIC 4020 my onshore partner visa got refused and immigration advised to go offshore and lodge it again.

I came to India in June 2016 and Lodged my partner visa offshore file.
After lodging it my lawyer applied for the priority position of my file on grounds of my wife's health and financial issues. Australian High Commission in India didn't accept the priorty request , they said that reasons are not strong to prioritise your file.

Then my wife came to India to see me. We stayed together for 2 weeks.

Like all other partners me and my wife miss each other infinitely. Australian High Commission India said offshore partner visas can take up12 months to be granted. They did site visit at my home in India and took interview of my parents looks like they trying to find that if my marriage is doggy one.

My lawyer have already uploaded the Medical and PCC.
My relationship with my wife is 4 years old now.

My Question is at first they did not accept the priorty processing request and then they did site visit after 6 months of lodging the file.

Do they do site visit when they open the file?

Whenever they finalise my application and if it gets approved which visa I will get 309 or 100?

How long more they would take any idea?

Your reply will be valuable and will appreciated
THANK YOU

Hi everyone
I am hoping someone may be able to help with a question as we are in the process of making the second stage for PR.
We have 2 family members to fill in the 2 required 888 statutory declarations but were not sure if we have to provide 2 different people as character references as required on the applicants statutory declaration or can they be the same 2 people

Thanks for any help
