Yesterday my wife sent me the updated processing times from border.gov.au for the permanent (migrant) visa subclass 100.

75 per cent of applications processed 13 months,
90 per cent of applications processed 22 months.

This makes absolutely no sense.
Is this within 13 months?
Within 22 months?
What about the remaining 10% of applications?

We have been waiting for 11 months now for her permanent residency.
According to my wife's online immigration account her (our) application is yet to be even looked at.

Do you think there is any chance we will likely have our (her) application processed within the 75% 13 month global processing benchmark?

75% are expected to be done within 13 months (anywhere between 1 day and 13 months)
15% are expected to be done between 13 months and 22 months
10% are expected to take over 22 months.

You have a 75% chance of being under 13 months.

Ours took 7 days to arrive. Although they say up to 15 working days.

You should use Code 33 at Question 1 on the form, for immigration purpose. State and Territory issued police certificates are not accepted.

Thank you so much. I almost went to a police station to get that done. So glad I was busy earlier this week and couldn't get that done.

Unfortunately all you can do is wait.

Just to let you know that processing time is counted from eligibility date not when you supply the documents.

Hi all, my visa has been granted finally! After a year waiting!!
My eligible date was 26/3/2016, I submitted in Feb 16, but no news until 11/4/2017 requested me to send Police certificate, I uploaded it on 20/4/2017, and got my 100 visa approved today (3/5/2017)!

For those who are still waiting, good luck!! Fingers crossed yours are coming soon!
