It varies from state to state the fees for TAFE. From memory, NSW is the most expensive for TAFE.

Some states have certificate 3 guarantee courses but you can only do them if specific courses and locations and also if you hold a certificate 3 or higher you cannot do it - this includes degrees from overseas that are recognised in Australia.

You don't have to update them regularly but it does show that the relationship is continuing after the application has been submitted and if stops the application from being delayed if they would have required further evidence as if you upload it then they don't need to ask about it.

Hi, my wife's second stage 100 visa was eligible on 28 Aug 2016. Applied on July 2016. I attached all the docs including AFP last year. As I can see here, its taking more than 13 months in all the cases in current processing time frame. Submitted AFP is expiring on 20 Sep 2017. So chances there that the application can be picked month after AFP expiry. Is there any consideration so far on expiry or immi is strict with their AFP requirement?

Current times are 75% of applications within 14 months and 90% of applications within 22 months.

EDT's husband has an eligibility date of around your time and they are still waiting for the PR.

hey guys,

Is the Visa 100 processed in Australia or outside Australia?

to give context: my visa 309 was applied and granted in Singapore.

This is what my agent said to me
". If you lodge subclass 100 then it will be processed in Singapore and if you lodge subclass 801 then it will be processed in Australia"

I am still almost 2years away from eligibility date but i wanna know if it'll be processed through the Australia High Commission in Singapore or the DIBP in Australia.

Hello mates,

After I received standard compliant feedback fro DIBP, and waited for 4 more weeks to see if they do anything, I decided to submit compalaint to the Commonwealth Ombudsman 2 days ago. Today I received the following response from them.
"
Thank you for your complaint of 12 June 2017 about the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) and the delay in processing of your subclass 100 Partner visa application.

I have considered your complaint and have decided to refer it on for further assessment. Someone from our office will be in contact with you in due course"

What do you think "refer on for further assesment means" in this case?

Hassan

Please be advised that subclass 100 processing time has gone up as of the 14 June.

90% of applications processed in 25 months rather than 22 months .
