Yeah it sucks! I'm July 18 so looks like July 19 before they will even start looking at it from what has been posted here. We were hoping to buy a house asap once the visa is granted, hard to get a mortgage as a TR so gonna have to put that on the back burner for a while longer until the visa is granted.

Oh well!

Not a single word . However, I sent a feedback last week requesting for my hubby visa status. Not sure if it's going to do anything though .
I'm thinking of filing another complaint to the Ombudsman by the end of October/ early November .

My hubby eligibility was June 5, 2016. We are not far from each other .

The wait is insane and killing us. Hubby wants to travel back to our original home country to see his family but I've asked him to wait until the visa is out . I don't want him to be out when a decision comes.

I thought you could be in our outside of Aus for the 100 grant ?

Yes you can but this wait has turned me into a paranoia person .

I try not to think of a negative outcome but I don't want my hubby to be offshore when the decision comes.
