Not very uncommon . Immigration not replying .

Please be advised that onbusman has refused to investigate for many applicants on this forum including myself .

If your application falls within the current processing times as per the immigration website , they will not investigate ‘ that’s what they had told my husband back on the second week of October ‘

Miraculously , a week after the complaint a grant came into our inbox .

Noted with thanks. It is very unfortunate that the immigration website seems to have different processing times changed frequently.

I am sorry for the long wait. Your eligibility date was the same as mine. I was granted the visa in September.

Did you try contacting them? Please complain to them, if nothing happens, compalain to OMBUDSMAN.

Wish you a Quick grant of your visa.

Hi Hassan,

I have sent numerous emails to the following email addresses with just an automated - I will wait until the end of the month, if I receive nothing I may just send a complaint to the ombudsman:

*[email protected],
*[email protected]
Hey Anne,

As you are waiting for Visa Sc 100, you don not have any business with [email protected] as it is only for the processing of visa Sc 801. This visa processing centre is in Melbourne while the other is in Brisbane for 100 visa.

Complaing to OMBUDSMAN with the reply you got from immi if there is any.

As EDT put it, I also complained to both DIBP and OMBUD. They refused to investigate. After 3 months, I complained to my area member of parliament. His office has written to DIBP. 2 weeks later, I received my visa.

Hi guys

just wanting some clarification around stage 2 of partner visa for PR.

We applied Oct 14 2015 to Berlin office for my dutch partner while living in netherlands
A month later they asked for Medicals and police
police clearance 4 Dec 2015
med clearance was in January because we were travelling.
Visa granted 16th June 2017 (7 months)
We moved to aus in Nov 2016, married in Mar 2016 and enjoying life!

it has now been over 2 yrars since we applied in Oct 2015 so wondering what the process is for sending more info for stage 2, i have seen conflicting info.
In our grant letter it says someone will contact is re stage 2 but forums say they won't...

anyone else been through stage 2?
what is the process?
after supplying info for stage 2* how long is the wait until PR?

Thanks!!!

They don't conact you anymore about stage 2 so you need to do it yourself without them telling you.

You can submit the form through the immi account - it is a stage 2 partner form. The application will have 5 boxes for the applicant to answer. After submitting the form you then upload your evidence since the grant of the 309. You also include atleast 2 x 888's, an AFP for your wife & and the stat dec for sponsor completed (the form is on border.gov.au).
