Good afternoon everyone, I just want to let you know that I was granted Visa 100 today. This morning, I found my way to the Global Feedback form and typed an emotional letter to DIBP, telling them our story and asking for any information or communication in regard to my application. I didn't expect them to react immediately but they did. I received the grant in my inbox this arvo. How surreal was that?!!!

Good luck to all that are still waiting.

Hi Bingxing, congrats on your visa grant ! Could you please tell me how I can send the global feedback form to DIBP. My wife's eligibility date is Sep 2016 and we submitted our 100 application in Jan 2017 and till now, we haven't heard anything back from the immi. Thanks

Here is how I did it. http://www.australiaforum.com/visas-...ml#post1819258

At the end, they will ask you if you want to keep the feedback anonymous, click no and there will be option for you to enter your contact details and application reference number.

Please take ownership of your action while filing your complaints. If Case Officer contacts you for an interview, make sure you are well prepared because it can cause backfire.

Mention your details timeline, how frustrated you are at waiting, poor communication, ask for updates, what is required to finalise your case.
Dear Bingxing,

Thank you so much

Is there an official confirmation anywhere of this? I can't find anything...

All we did were colour scans or cell phone photographs of the originals, not certified.

Have a look at this: https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/trav/...hing-documents

You will need to correctly scan your documents so that you can attach them to your online application:
scan the original of each document do not scan a photocopy or a certified copy
