There's a sticky with a list of reputable RMAs that post on this forum above the normal threads.

I agree. I have no intention in complaining while within processing times. To me, it seems the more unnecessary contact a CO has to deal with, the less time they get to actually process cases and so if everyone does it, it's probably drawing wait times out longer overall. I personally have a very difficult time working from home when my child constantly interrupts me with complaints or questions.

But to each their own.

I dont know why i did it i thought people are getting grants but its actually making case officers suspicious of why u in rush of getting ur permanent visa , is there anyway i can call immigration and ask em to let me speak to the same CO and see if i can convince him of my genuine relationship cause when he called i got scared and couldnt answer properly

Your only option is to appeal.

couldn't agree more. for the most part there are only 2 things really impacted by having TR over PR. not being included in a home loan (without it having to go through a separate review board) and not bring to apply for some jobs. if neither of these things present an issue then continue to live and enjoy your life with your partner.
also if there is a surge in people trying to take advantage of a certain avenue then it gets looked at very closely and adds more checks and a increase in time for all.

Hey,

I sent global feedback last friday, got a reply from that team on monday about how they have timeframes etc. Iím assuming the feedback was forwarded onto the processing team and received the grant today. Hope that helps.

I am so sorry sabihkahn :/

My suggestion would be do not complain to global Feedback if you don't have a serious reason why you should get this sub 100.
If you have a serious reason, make sure you can prove it by submitting all supporting documents.

Hi everyone

We submitted our Subclass 100 12 months ago on March 7th 2017. Our eligible date for submission was 27th Nov 2016.
I was told it would take about a year to be processed. I called Immigration and they told me that the processing time from date of lodgement is at least 20 months.
On the website it says the processing time is from the date of eligibility as per the following:
*Processing time for subclass 801 Partner (permanent) visa and 100 Partner (permanent) visa is from date of eligibility (2 years after the 820/801 or 309/100 application is lodged) to finalisation.

Would someone please be able to clarify this point for me please and also if possible advise me if we should have received the PR by now

Thank you so much for any help
