I was told it would take about a year to be processed. I called Immigration and they told me that the processing time from date of lodgement is at least 20 months.
On the website it says the processing time is from the date of eligibility as per the following:
*Processing time for subclass 801 Partner (permanent) visa and 100 Partner (permanent) visa is from date of eligibility (2 years after the 820/801 or 309/100 application is lodged) to finalisation.

Would someone please be able to clarify this point for me please and also if possible advise me if we should have received the PR by now

Thank you so much for any help
Processing times are from eligibility.

Current wait times for the 100 are 75% processed in 20 months and 90% processed in 23 months. You're only at 15 months of waiting from your eligibility date so you're still within Global Processing Times.

Unfortunately these times fluctuate. If the average wait time was about a year when you submitted further evidence, then that has surely changed since then.

Hi there
Congratulations for those who got their PR and all the best of luck for those who are waiting including me

My eligibility date was 20 May 2017 and started applying on same date
I have given a wrong police clearance (state police check instead of AFP from Canberra ) so had to give correct one of Feb 2018

In January 2018 my relationship broke down and I have notified the department and they said they are still processing my application although the relationship breakdown.

Anyone in same situation or heard of similar situation when the relationship broke down while waiting for their 100? Providing my daughter from my ex is an Australian citizen

Thanks

Hello

We have recently applied for 100 Permanent Visa and not sure about few things.

We followed a checklist downloaded from the website and once we submitted the application there is a section for a photograph and for Form 80.

1. Its been a few days and we have no acknowledgement email from the government about receiving our application, is this normal?

2. Shall we make passport photos and attach them with our application?

3. Shall the applicant fill in Form 80 again (she did it during our first application for temporary visa)?

Neither of this two were on the checklist.

Thank you

The 100 application was made when the 309 was applied for, that's why it's a 309/100 application. Two years later, you're just basically proving that you're still in a relationship. Hence why this stage is called "eligible for PR". Go by the checklist online, not the generic recommended uploads page. And no, she shouldn't need to do the form 80 again unless a CO asks for it.

Thank you for your reply.

How about the acknowledgement letter? We have not receive any letter neither on the personal e-mail nor immi account.

On our immi account page is says Application Received.

When we applied for 309 we got a message sent to us on our immi account (message section).

Like I said, when you applied for the 309 you also applied for the 100 so you already got an acknowledgment letter. You won't get one now because you're not applying for the 100, you're just updating them that your relationship is still ongoing.

Exclamation Subclass 100 Health Undertaking 815

Hello Everyone,

Long time follower of this forum but first time poster...

My wife applied for her spouse visa back in Feb 2015 via her migration agent and she got her 309 on the 24th April 2015, so it was pretty quick. We waited for the 2 year temporary period and then applied for the 100 visa on the 24th April 2017. Didn't hear anything from immigration for 9 months. Then i put in a global feedback form with a request for finalisation of her visa.

My wife then got a call from immigration saying we have sent you some correspondence on 26th feb 2018 to the migration agent looking after our file. I was shocked as my migration agent didn't make me aware of this. I called the migration agent who insisted he hasn't received any emails. Luckily when we spoke to the immigration lady we told her to send the email to the migration agent again. Then a few minutes later my migration agent emailed me saying we just got an email from them requesting we complete a form 815 for a health undertaking. which i promptly completed and uploaded.

i also got an email from immigration saying sorry their was a system issue when we sent the original email in feb so it didn't actually get sent. i was surprised they admitted their mistake in writing. Anyway we then got another email from immigration saying get in touch with bupa and find out what needs to be done to complete the health undertaking.

I called bupa and they said we will have a look and let you know if anything needs to be done and reply within 48 hours with an email which they did. their reply was we cannot process your medical until your visa is actually granted and we have contacted immigration and told them that as well. So i told my migration agent this news and we took a screenshot of the email bupa sent and uploaded it to our file. Then we clicked all documents requested have been submitted for review. that was done on the 8th of April 2018 and we haven't heard anything back yet. Immigration gave us 28 days to respond and i did it asap. Now just waiting to see what happens next.

thought i'd share this information with everyone as i know some people get the grant straight away no questions asked but we are now waiting due to this health undertaking.

anyone have any similar experiences for subclass 100 grant?
