Is this a normal procedure? And generally how long does it take from this email to actual case officer allocation?

My timeline:
309 Application: 12th May 2015
Received 309: 10th March 2016
100 Application: 9th May 2017
We also got the same email about a week ago. Like you, we are hoping it means what it says, that they will start processing soon!

Hi guys,

Got a email a two week back asking check if you have uploaded the following documentation, if these are missing or not easily identifiable this may lead to further delays in allocating your application.

I already uploaded all the documents and uploaded few things more and still no response.

I applied 100 visa in July 2017

Have you already checked to see if the documents listed were properly uploaded? The old immi format made it easy to upload the documents, but also easy to forget to "submit" them.

Thank you. I did uploaded them but there is no option to submit. Is there any option to submit? When I log in immi account, the documents are there.

The option to submit appears after you upload something, so if they are listed on your documents list...then you already submitted them

The way you described the e-mail sounds like it's an informal request that you double-check to see if you have everything they listed uploaded/submitted. Because you already do, you probably don't have anything to worry about.

Hi, If some one Knows about this plz reply
PARTNER VISA DETAILS

APPLICATION FOR 309/100 : 11 FEB 2016
309 SANCTIONED : 08/NOV/2016
APPLICATION FOR 100(stage 2 partner visa); 19 march 2018

Now the processing time shows 19-29 months.. DOes it mean its going to take another 20 months for the 100 application or is it 19- 29 months since my first application? Just confused

Do i need to attach a new form 888 for the partner visa 100 application or is it fine to use the 309 applications form 888?

Do i need to supply a new police clearance certificate for partner 100 visa application?

I had already uploaded all these documents for partner visa 309 first stage

Thanks for the reply

The processing times are based on the eligibility date for the 100. Just remember that it is not 19 to 29 months it is 75% are processed within 19 months and 90% are processed within 29 months. So it could be less than 19 months or more than 29 months.

You need new 888's providing 888's from the 309 is not going to show that your relationship is still genuine and ongoing.

Yes, you need a new AFP. You only need a new overseas police clearance for any countries you have lived for 12 months since the grant of the 309.

You need to think of this as providing updated evidence to show your relationship is still genuine and ongoing. You need to submit evidence since the grant of the 309.

Hey - did this request include any signatory i.e. some person with a position number or was it just a generic 'home affairs'?

Hey, follow up Q:

100 Application was made in May2017 and the processing time frame was 8 -12 months at that point in time. The time frame is now revised to 20-23 months.

So which timeframe is applicable for the application: 8-12 months or 20-23 months?
