When you applied for 309/100 visa, for how many years were you married at that time?

Yet not received any email..
as with the first stage, who knows.
we've been eligible 11 Jan 2017 all paperwork done Feb. all you can do is wait and try not to think about it. still well within the average times, though seeing the odd rash of grants at 8 months is frustrating lol.

Allright mate thanku so much for your help

Timeline is as follow: 309 applied 06/08/15, granted 18/04/16.
100 Eligibility date 06/08/17- applied 17/09/17 granted 22/05/2018!
I uploaded some new photos/ flights tickets/rent agreement/ joint bank statements and 2 stat dec + new police check when I received mail from immi on 16/03/18 saying that my case was going to be allocated and they didn't ask for anything else!

hope that gives hope to everybody, so much shorter than estimated timeframe!

Good luck to everyone and thank you for your support !

Congratulations

Hello there,
Can you someone please tell me , there is one option in Immi account, when we submit our documents there is one box to tick , ( I CONFIRM I HAVE PROVIDED INFORMATION AS REQUESTED ). Do I need to tick this box when I submit required documents aur do I need to tick when they will ask for more documents.

Typically, they request information, you provide the information as requested, and then you click the button.

So happy for you, I've applied mine on late 2017 as well although my eligibility date is on middle 2017. I've uploaded every single documents (NPC, Stat dec, 80, 888, photos, etc) and it still under further assessment and it says that my application last updated time was on late 2017

It was in early 2018, before that it said "Assessment in progress" however turns out it was just immi updates to the system. Some people got the grant email even though their status is still on "received" though. so yea, but hopefully it won't be long for us!

Yeah you are lucky enough that’s your Immi status shows in further assessment within 6 months. Hopefully it will turn out same with all of us and we all get our visa soon.
