Submitted documents July 2018.
Granted 19 September 2018!

We were a bit confused when we got the email this morning as it just seemed too quick and the wording - still refering to it as "Partner Visa (Subclass 100) rather than "permanent visa" as we were expecting. But all the details are good.

We're pretty stoked, but still in a state of shock!

Thanks to everyone at Australia Forum for their help in the last 2+ years!
Wow congratulations!

Only 2 months wait from the 100 submission, that is wonderful! Could you share your experience with us? Low/high risk country, relationship staatus, lengths etc!

Thank you! We are as shocked as anyone, as we expected it to take a lot longer.

We've been in a relationship since 2014, married in early 2016 (two months before the application for the 309).

She is from Brazil and we were both living there at the time of the application and moved to Australia together in March 2017. I would have thought Brazil in the higher end of risk in terms of countries but I'm not sure.

Happy to give any other info if it helps, let me know!

Thanks for sharing your experience!!

My 100 was submitted in July (eligibility in August) this year, so pretty similar to your timeline! I am from a low risk country and been in the relationship for 5 years now, however we are not married!

Was your 100 application decision-ready? (with police certs, Form 888 attached)? Did they contact you for more info before the decision? What was your Application Status on ImmiAccouunt once submission?

We had everything attached when submitted and weren't asked for anything additional at all.

I'm actually not sure exactly what it said on the immi account at submission as my wife did most of it herself

Good luck with yours, hopefully it happens soon!

Congratulations!

If you don't mind my asking, did the grant notification come from the office in Brisbane or offshore?

Thanks in advance.

We got our grant today - woo hoo!! Hoping everyone else has some good news soon.
To give people an idea, I only uploaded an additional 13 documents to stage 2. The department asked us for my partner's AFP police check and that was it. I didn't do another stat dec about our relationship. Obviously it is better to have a complete application but luckily we didn't need to submit a lot more than what we did for stage 1.

Wow that's quick. We submitted it on the 16th August in the evening so it was more than a month....5 weeks? Although I have read others have been asked and then not heard anything further for months so I don't want to get your hopes up! I had put in a complaint as we had been waiting 12 months and I put a case forward as to why we needed my partner's application to be looked at. That may have helped our case. This is when they got in contact and asked for his police check.
