Thanks Jennifer for the quick reply.

Yes my VEVO says the same. Is your husband waiting on VISA 100 and did he travel when he was waiting for VISA 100?

Thanks

I got my 309 in Feb 2016. Since then I only travelled to Australia 3 or 4 times spending about two weeks each trip. And my partner (Sponsor) travels with me. We are not living in Australia at the moment. I got my 100 granted two days ago. One thing though we bought a house in Australia right after my 309 was granted. It seemed to me there was no residency requirement for 309/100 application.

Hi Annisha,

Did you apply for bridging visa B when you travelled when VISA 100 was in process?

We are still waiting on the 100.... it's been 2 years now so we are over the current wait time. Very frustrating!
As for travel under the terms of the visa he can come and go however many times he likes and doesn't require any kind of bridging visa. They do request that you notify immi if you are planning on leaving the country though, even for a short holiday

I never informed immigration on my travel plans. I was actually living outside of Australia during the 19 months of waiting for 100.

You don't need a bridging visa B to travel unless you hold a bridging visa. If you have a temporary partner visa, you're not on a bridging visa.

Question

I've submitted my second stage partner visa 100. When I try to attach evidence there is no option to attach any document under my name or my partner's name. The only place it allows me to attach is under Additional Documents section.

Did anyone face a similar issue? Appreciate any input...

When did you submit it? Sometimes it can take a day or 2 for the option to add the documents to become available.

I do remember when we did my husband's that we had to wait a day for the list of different categories to become available.
