Will the Applicant need to provide a stat dec too? He has written his own introductions for each of the catergories, signed them and we uploaded them. If we need to get them certified, we can do that easily!

Thank you for any help!
No. If the applicant answers the boxes in the online form, then that is the statement. You can choose to do a separate one if you choose to instead of doing the boxes, but you can just upload that. It does not need to be witnessed by a JP or other authorized person.

The email is a courtesy reminder and doesn't always seem to make it to everyone. There is no need to receive the email at all. One month prior to your eligibility date, you can do Stage 2.

Just create an immi account, click New Application, click Family, then select the Stage 2 Assessment option. You'll need either your Application ID or TRN from Stage 1, which will be on both your Acknowledgement of Application Received (proof that you submitted the application) and also on your 309 grant letter.

Since you are over the processing time, have you lodged a complaint yet?

It really frustrates me when some people are waiting longer than others. I am a firm believer that they should be processed in order. I never like reading when someone has gotten their visa in 6 months and others are still waiting 2 years, it makes me feel really sad for the one that is still waiting.

If there is a reason why it is taking longer than other people immigration should send an email to the person saying something about the case being more complex than others and requiring additional time and the estimated time that they expect to have it finalised.
Hi Mish

I have just seen your post - I haven't been getting the email notifications for some reason -
We are still waiting and are now 25 months out from eligibility. Our agent wrote to Immi and they just sent a generic email saying that we are within the waiting time frame. At that stage it was 21 months so we were still over. The waiting time has now gone up to 29 months. It's so frustrating.
I would like to make a complaint myself - where do you do that?

Thanks for any help or suggestions

what do i need

Hey people!
I have a few questions, that I cant seem to figure out on my own. I am currently in the 2nd stage of the application and am doing the online application for the 100. I accidentally put this in the 309/100 waiting room first...

I did the first application by paper so I am a little confused.

1.) Do I have to fill out/ put a file in every bit like for example, there is proof of marriage, but I am not married. Or change of name. Do I just leave that empty?

2.) Do I need another German Police Check even though I havent been there since I came to Australia and have provided it during the first stage?

3.) Is there some kind of check list with the real necessary documents?

4.) Do I need to do Form 80, even though I have done that in the first stage?

5.) Do I need to do Form 888?

Thank you so much for helping me. Sorry if the questions have been asked a lot or they seem obvious, but I didnt really find any answers anywhere.

Thanks again...

1) No, you don't have to put things that don't apply. Just leave it.

2) No, you shouldn't need one.

3) Basically the same types of evidences that you did for the previous stage. However, remember this time, it's from the Grant of the first stage. So make sure your evidences are after the grant date.

4) No, you shouldn't need it.

5) Yes, you need at least 2 Form 888s again. New ones.

Hey
I have been reading a lot of conflicting information about the police check, i think Im gonna call them tomorrow, because it is a real hassle to get the German one here...

I didnt do 888 forms when I first applied, so I dont necessarily think I need them now, but I think I will ask them that too...

Thank you for your reply
