Smile to get 8503 condition waived?

I currently hold tourist visa which I changed from student visa.

I need to get this condition waived for me to work.

Can anyone please help me to prepare proper documents for me to get this condition waived?

I am doing a trial work in a local company which imports huge stock from korea. My boss is willing to sponsor me as I speak both Korean and English and I have an accountancy backgrounds(Australian degree) over both area.

If only I don't have the 8503 condition I could apply for a graduate visa till 15th May.

I didn't know the implications on the 8503 and this is causing massive difficulty..

Please can anyone help or advise me in doing the documenting works?

You can't take off work restrictions from a tourist visa

but if your employer is willing to sponsor you then go through this for your visa!

Good luck with everything

You can only waive the 8503 condition if you have compelling and compassionate grounds. I don't believe your reasons would be enough.

You will probably have to apply for the sponsored work visa offshore.

Check www.immi.gov.au for information on 8503 condition.
