Angry immigration lawyer??

Hi .. I have a question for those that have applied for a partner visa with the help of an immigration agent.. And anyone else who has any ideas about this...
My immigration lawyer told me today to call and make an appointment for my medicals and do go ahead and do my police checks.. I was understanding that He did all this??? Am I wrong here or should he be doing this ?? Isnt this what we paid him to do ??
GGrrrrrr!! I am getting to the point that he just wants $$ an not do the work..
Anyone know who I can go to , to complain or get help with this???

My feelings on it is if I am going to do the work I want my $$ back...
Am I wrong in feeling this way??
Thanks !!!!!!!!!!
C.

Well my friend, the agent only help you to check your submission whether it is appropriate and according to DIAC's requirement. All those hinky panky checks still need to DIY...
This is apply the same case to me here. We do expect agents to run everything for us, however, we paid them for checking and monitoring only

Well, what i'm doing is keep on sending emails and phone calls.
Using 'serious' terms to keep him responsible for any delays and consequences (whenever necessary but not treatening)

I can understand that.. I get info saying to do this and do that , put no other info .. go to the FBI website and download their finger print cards and mail them off.. no prices , no fees, no timelines ... ggrrrrr.. not been a good day today. Will put it off til tomorrow when I have a clear head and can take the time to read the web page and understand it..
Thanks for letting me vent and blow off some steam.. talking about it helps .. and having someone who understands it and can relate to my situation helps..

I went through rayford migration services. you can find them in MARA.
However, i'm not very satisfy on their service either. I keep on pressure them by setting deadline. I may seem cruel but you can see the results. It's like whipping a mule!
Up to date i paid RM19,520 (USD6500) for the application & agent fees. It's hell lot of money to me so i need them to work extremely hard to get the job done.
Nonetheless, i compiled all the documents and translation since last year July and we're targeting to submit to DIAC before mid May 2012.

We short of 5 points so i have to gain it from working experience 8 years to fulfill 15 points.
Skill assessment delayed me 3 months which i only have last month.
Based on my record now, all the documents are in order and hopefully the case officer won't request any document from which may delay my application. Finger cross.hehe...
Luckily all my document translated for free (Thanks to my friend who work in high court as translator) or else i will be butchered by my agent for the translation fees which amounting RM50 (USD 20) per page!!!Ouch!
