De-Facto HELP !!

Hello
In March. I will be applying with my Australian girlfriend ( of 18 months) for a defacto visa,
I have put together a checklist to see and to seek advice whether it is sufficent and if you can advise of anything more :-

* a joint bank account ( for 18 months)
*each others super benficiaries
* proof we have lived together for 18 months (11 at parents and 7 through a real estate )
* 2 friend references
* 2 utility bills together
* layby receipts in both names
* photos with friends and families together

Looks like a good start. Make sure you indicate what "category" you are trying to satisfy ( social, financial etc) so that the CO does not have to guess or do a lot of "digging" for the connection.
