Name difference between passport and ielts trf

Hi all,

I have an issue which i noticed only recently. My wife is the primary applicant and i am the 2nd applicant for visa sub class 175.

Her ielts trf has her first name and last name on it, however the middle name is missing. this is different from her passport which has all the 3 names. remaining details like photo, passport no: all are perfect between the passport and ielts trf. only missing info is the middle name.. do u guys think this can be a big issue ?? any experience or advice would help..

thanks in advance.
