Graduate Visa Help

I just graduated with a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from an Australian university. I've been looking into applying for the 485 visa to work in Australia and apply for PR in the future.

Even though my PhD is in Biomedical Engineering, my undergraduate is in Computer Science majoring in Artificial Intelligence. I am in the Biomedical Engineering field as my research has been in the biomedical data analysis. Before commencing my PhD, I worked as a University lecturer.

For my skill assessment, I'm wondering if I should apply with
a) Engineers Australia to be assessed as an Biomedical Engineer.
b) Australian Computer Society to be assessed as a Computer Professional
c) VETASSESS to be assessed as a University Lecturer or Tutor.

I am wondering if anyone else has been in this situation, an postgraduate degree in a different field than their undergraduate degree. I will be helpful to hear someone else's experience.
