Question 820 Health check form questions

I finally got my medicals done including a health exam, chest xray and report and a HIV test done. When I went to upload I noticed that there is a section for a FORM 26 Medical examination for an Australian visa. Was I suppose to have the doctor fill this out? Or can I submit the paper she gave me with all the information on it with her signature?

Same question for the FORM 160 Radiological report chest x ray. I have a print out with the doctors report on it.

I dont know, she just wrote the questions onto word and her answers to them and signed it with a stamp from her practice.

Where does the doctor upload the information? I do not think my doctor as ever done this before.

Was I suppose to use Bupa Medical Visa Services? Instead of my own doctor? I am so confused.

I made an appointment via Bupa Medical Visa Services and will call the clinic tomorrow to see if I can bypass any additional costs since I got my xray and HIV test already done. Sigh* Wish I had known about this.

Hi Simply!

I did my health checks a while ago now so I might be a bit fuzzy but I remember when I booked my health checks it did have a list of authorised service centres somewhere - bupa medical centres. They did all my checks for the 820 and told me that they just take care of uploading and inputting everything needed from their end.

Just found the blurb on the website:

If you are applying for a visa while in Australia you must arrange your health examinations with the migration medical services provider and have your examinations processed online using our eMedical system.

The current migration medical services provider is Bupa Medical Visa Services.

This is obviously not helpful to you now but might help others in future! Good luck with getting it all sorted!

Hello all, I am quite confused about this health check for 820... Cause we just applied 820 last Oct 1, supplied document and my 820 granted in 5 days.. No health check requested, I just supplied my HAP ID..

If you applied for 820 after being on PMV then you are not required to do health check again as you did it as part of PMV.
