Medical assessment delayed

Hi,
I've a situation that is too much confusing.

23/02/2012 : My wife was asked to go further medical test .(Sputum culture)
10/04/2012: sample given for sputum culture test.
05/05/2012: Sputum test positive.( AFB not found on report ) still report say positive. Asked to go for DST Test. and referred to specialist . On reading reports and examining my wife and XRay reports , specialist said there is no sign of Active T.B. Doc was also amazed that why she had to go for futher medical testing as XRay report shows no sign of Active T.B. Specialist Doc himself said your's is a tricky situation.
09/05/2012: Medical report send back to MOC Aus for there opinion, after specialist finding. Local doc said this time status of your medical will come to you this time and not to contact them(Local medicals test center).

11/06/2012: Called the medical center to know about my DST test report. They say my report has a status of Canceled.

This is some type of joke. I paid for the test and they say it is canceled. T.B treatment is done based on DST Test finding.

I'm still waiting and no response from them, though I've send them a mail.

Please let me know what could be done in my case, should I keep on writing mail asking about my status, or should wait.

I have these issue when i'm applying student visa to Oz. However, after all the hurdle, i still manage to go and pursue my degree.
