Hello everyone.

I am applying for RSMS (PR) visa application in australia and have to provide police checks from 4 countries where i have lived in past 10 years.i got police clearance from three and fail to get from Dubai-UAE as i have financial debit to clear and CID department-Dubai told me that they cannot issue police clearance to me as i have case against me filed by the bank.

so i just want to know what should i do in this case?FINANCIAL DEBITS CONSIDERED TO BE CRIME IN AUSTRALIA?

No they are not a crime. Australia has a much stronger financial system than UAE, that's why we avoided GFC.

It becomes a crime only when the bank files a court petition and you are convicted. Seems the debt you have was too small for the bank to do that.

Make sure to put a detailed explanation for case officer to ensure there is no issues when they check your details in their databases.
