Dutch Police Check

Hey Dutchies or people that have lived in The Netherlands for more than 12 months (like me ;-)!

I am going to apply for a partner visa and need a police check for Australia, Germany and The Netherlands. It was really easy to get the Australian and the German one, but the Dutch make it really difficult, as the immigration office (or a case officer) needs to sign the Dutch Police Check application.

I want to have the police check ready before I apply for my partner visa (to avoid unnecesary delays during the process, I heard it is best to have a complete application!), so I wonder if there is anybody out there who managed to do it beforehand?
Should I just go to immigration (in Sydney) and ask for a stamp on the Police Check Application?

Thanks for your help!!

Ok, so I guess nobody had an answer, but for future readers, even though everyone told me it was impossible, I am happy to tell you I got my letter from Immigration stating that I "need this police check" in order to apply for my de facto visa!!!

I called the help line and she gave me a email address from the partner visa department. I simply wrote an email, stating why I need this letter BEFORE I had in my de facto application. They asked me for my Full name and DOB and sent me the letter! Really nice!
