Any tax for used goods ship to Australia

Hi everybody,

We are planning to move to Australia soon and would like to ship over some used goods like LCD TV, DVD music player etc. We intend to ship these goods by sea.

Does any one know that is there any Australian local tax applied to those used goods? Do we have to pay any additional fee when we receive them in Australia.

Any advice/comment would be really appreciated.

Thanks

Hawthorn
