Plumber requires advice

Hello,

I am a 23 year old plumbing and heating engineer currently residing in the UK, I went to Australia on a WHV back in 2007 and iv recently decided that I would like to immigrate. I have 5 years experience and have being running my own company for the past 2 years. I have a few freinds over in Australia and there is a possibilty that i can get sponsored by a company, this company is based in Geelong VIC. Firstly would i require any further studying? Also how do I start my visa application, and how much as an estimate does the whole process cost, from initial application to the completion? Any information anyone can offer is hugely appreciated.

Many thanks
