child visa, subclass 101

Hi! I'm from the Philippines I was petition by my mother who is an Australian citizen, I'm still dependent to my mother for my daily expenditures and I'm still studying, but before she applied to Australia she did not include my name as her child because of family matter. I already finished my medical exam and my case officer interviewed me already. Do I have a chance to make it though? does it take time for my case officer to decide?
thanx...
