Visa options help, please!

Hello,

I am currently a BA (Geography&Environmental Studies and Politics) student in Melbourne, graduating at the end of this year.
I have been trying to figure out what my visa options are for after I graduate and have come to the conclusion that my only choice may be applying for a Graduate Visa.

In order to apply, must I get my skills assessed by VETASSESS and could anyone inform me on how likely it is for me to successfully receive a Graduate Visa with my degree?
I am South Korean in my early 20s

Thanks!
