Do we need to include form 80 for partner 820 visa?

Anyone know? Figured we would send it in with app but now I am not sure if its just for work type visas

Hi Holly,

Form 80 is required with some partner visa applications, not only work visa applications. Usually it's required for applicants from high-risk countries.

However, I don't think you will lose anything by including one with your application - you never know, they might request one after you've already applied, and if you include one at the outset you won't have to potentially lose time later if they have to request and wait. Better safe than sorry, right?

hey

I wasn't sure either and called DIAC before applying and was adviced that everyone had to fill in Form 80 no matter of from high or low risk country
