Hello all,
Me and my wife are in the final stages of collating all the information to submit our application for her Off Shore Partner Visa 47SP (subclass 309 / 100).

As a bit of background brief:
We've been together for 6 years, was engaged for 2 years & married for 8 month and out of that we've been living together for about 3 1/2 years.

I was wondering if anyone can add any comments on the following.

Photos?
How many to add?

Financial evidence?
Only recently we have opened a joint account because we always just shared our money without keeping tab on who spent what. Will this go against us or shall we state that is why we have little evidence?

Witness Statements?
I was thinking about getting 3 statements; 1 from my parents who emigrated to Australia 1 year ago, 1 from a friend in the UK & 1 from my Auntie in the UK. Does this selection sound ok? And should they all be on the 888 form and witnessed when signed?

Anything else that would be good to include?

Thanks in advance!!!

My husband got his partner visa last month. We didn't provide any photos or financial evidence (we didn't have any joint accounts nor do we have joint accounts today). We had been married for 3 months when we applied. We applied to the Madrid office and got it in 5 months after submitting.

We included two stat decs which is what is asked. One from my sister and the other a high school friend. Both aussie citizens and witnessed and signed. We didnt have any interviews and we didnt need to provide further clarifications for the case officer.

Does your friend and aunty know your husband? If so, then this should be fine as stat decs, including your parents. But it only asks for two, so you don't need more than two.

Thanks for the insight. Congratulations on getting it sorted so quick.

Yes, they have know us both throughout the length of our relationship so that's why I thought they would be good as references.

Thanks again; any advice fantastic!
