correct visa for situation

Hello all,
Im a australian citizen, my girlfriend is from the Czech Republic. During her stay here in Aust on her sponsored tourist visa for 6 months we got married and would like to apply for her to recieve permanent residence onshore.

She has an 9 year old son and a 12 year old, however due to her recent divorce she can only stay in Aust with her 9 year old son.

We were just wondering which visa would be our best option as we are now married and living together and still only on her tourist visa which expires in 3 months.

I heard of a same situation in which the couple applied for a Bridge spouse visa B for 1 year after which they recieved a temporary spouse visa, though i cant seem to find such a visa.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, Paul.
