Child Medical clearance

Hi everyone, i need some advice on this issue.
I applied for my Tr last march 2012 and got a letter from immi today that i need to provide medical clearance for my 7 years old daughter who is not migrating with me.
My question is that is there any diffrent btw child and adult medical examination?
Any other experienced from anyone will be welcome.
