Got my relationship evidence back

I lodged my 309 partner application 2 weeks ago in Berlin. Two days later I got an email saying that my application has been received and that no further documents are needed. Another two days later I got all the relationship evidence I provided back.

Is that part of the process? If yes, is it good?

I also wonder if the guy who sent me the email letting me know that they recieved my application and that no further documents are required is my case officer?

I just wonder because it seemed like a standard email they send to everybody and he didnīt say anything about that heīs my co.
