Cool Acs?

What documents exactly do I need?

I've got a Bsc, Ok that's i'll scan and send.
What else?

Do I need letters of recomandation of my former employees?
What if I've been working for the last 11 Yrs at the same place and acheived a very high seniority and really don't want them to know my plans, how do I provve my work experience??

Ariel go thru the website, it has all the details you need.
If you don't want your employer to know provide a copy of your tax return (say random 3 years), several payslips (selection to cover as much timeframe as possible), copy of your contract, references from managers who don't mind you leaving or who left the company, etc.
