Angry please help form 888

I recently submitted my application for partner visa, when I got home, I clean up all my mess and found out that the first part of form 888 of our friend was left and only submitted the last part with his signature, but the worst part is I might put the scratch he made with it.. what should I do? And would it affect my application? Please help me..

The only problem with the scratch paper if that's the one that i attached is he didn't put a name our name on it instead I had a post it with the right spelling of our name, but the message is still the same.. I'm just worried about it.. and I don't have a case officer yet so I don't know where to send the other half of it.. were really inlove and we don't want to affect our visa just because of my stupidity..

Then ask your friend to rewrite it again and send it to the embassy. A complete form 888. Dont just send one page or the half of the form you forgot to include. Do not confuse them. Then make a cover letter stating why you're sending that document. Also put your Client Id, RID on the cover letter, you can find it on your acknowledgment letter, so they can locate your application. And since you don't have a CO yet, address it to the embassy where you lodged your application.
