Reuse HAP ID?

My wife has been asked to do new medicals as our previous medical results have expired. Do we use the same HAP ID and referral letter for the previous medical (done July 2014) or are we supposed to get a new HAP ID? Immigration requested the new medical to be done but we weren't provided with a HAP id or a request to redo the emedical form.
