Baby on the way ..what to do?

Hi all,

My husband is NZlander and we are planning for a move to Australia. I have filed in and submitted my application for 461 application for NZ Citizenship family relationship visa. When we filled our application, it was just for both of us. Now i got the news that my wife is pregnant and im not sure what the process should be. We are currently waiting to see the feedback on our application.

There are 2 scenario's:
If we get the visa before arrival of baby or
if we get the visa after baby is born

Would we have to go and file a special application for this baby or ?

Your help is greatly appreciated.

You should fill in change of circumstances for and advise DIAC about pregnancy. This shouldn't have any impact on your application. However it is always in your be edit to keep DIAC informed, saves a lot of trouble and explanation down the track.

People should not be afraid of their governments. Governments should be afraid of their people.

We are told to remember the idea, not the man. Because a man can fail. He can be killed and forgotten. But four hundred years later an idea can still change the world.
