Our detailed Table of Contents for Partner Visa (Offshore, London)
I thought I would post our table of contents for our partner visa application here. We have successfully fulfilled the relationship requirement and are now waiting to obtain the health check. It's very detailed and we put a lot of work into it so I felt I had to justify it by sharing it here where someone might find it of use.
I just tried to attach it but the file is too big, ha, so I will have to copy and paste it into quite a long thread sorry.
Hope it helps.

Evidence that our de facto relationship has existed for the entire 12 months prior to lodging this application
(I would note here that we didn’t provide sufficient evidence to show we were de facto in the two months prior to lodging the application and for the month we submitted the application. This is because we had been preparing the visa for the past 1.5 years and just forgot to bring it up to date (the frustrating irony of being too prepared...) Our CO just requested we send in a few more bank statements to show us both living at that address for the past three months, and then we satisfied the one year relationship requirement, so it wasn’t a problem).

n. Item 14: Copies of both sponsor and applicants debit cards, linked to their joint current account
o. Item 15: Copies of a small sample of grocery receipts from Morrison’s, ASDA, and Tesco
supermarkets, between October 2011 and July 2012, showing joint sharing of day to day living
expenses (each receipt indicates the last four digits of the card used to make the purchase)
p. Item 16: joint statement outlining the basis on which responsibility for housework is distributed (this was very factual and literally three sentences of ‘sponsor does the washing, applicant puts the bins out, sponsor cleans the bathroom, applicant cleans the kitchen’.
