Applying Student Visa for Second time off shore

Hello, I went to Australia on a student visa in 2009 for Diploma in multimedia and graphic pre-press. I have done my graphic press and was about to complete my diploma I had to hear saddest news of my life my father expired on 28 feb. so I had o come back to India.. I had my wife with me as well. After one month that was in March I went to aus my visa was about to expire on April 2. So my friend suggested me to apply for bridging visa 020, after that I came back to India in July 2011 and joined in bachelors in I.T, Completed my bachelors in 2014 then thought of applying for Masters in Australia so in this process I applied for a university I got an offer letter in November 2015 for February 2016 intake, I couldn't apply for July intake 2015 as I met with an accident. This time iam going single leaving my wife and family in India. Iam very much tensed I have applied for visa on Jan 18 2016, my course start date is feb 22 i didn't get any interview call or any status so when can I expect my visa and what are my visa chances

Student visas from India generally take 3 to 4 months to process. Suggest that you contact your education provider or agent and enrol in the July intake.

As I didn't prepare you visa application and address all of the issues, including GTE I have no idea what your chances are.
