Hi,
I'm trying to upload more docs to my IMMI account and I can't as I've reached my limit, what can I do?
Thanks.

Try uploading through your sponsor's immi account. If you've reached the limit there too, there's nothing you can do. Maybe consider collating similar documents in one PDF?

You may need to delete those uploaded documents and bundle them together. I'd recommend combining your files together ie. all the bank statements, utility bills, superannuation statements, will & testament etc into one large document and use a pdf file compressor to minimize the file size. I also made the first sheet of each pdf to state what documents are attached (kind of like a cover sheet) in the file so the CO knows whats included in each pdf. Hope that helps!

If you have uploaded 120 docs it means you have either uploaded too much or haven't collated your evidence properly.

There is nothing you can do if you have reached the max. DIBP specifically say not to email them additional docs if you applied online.

I've only uploaded docs to my application not to my sponsors account, can I upload stuff there such as 888s? Will it all get looked at?
Thanks.

The applicant gets 60 and the sponsor gets 60 so you can upload to both.

And can I delete files so I can update them and re-upload them- instead of adding another file of bank statements for instance?

No. Once they are there they can not be deleted.
