Financial hardship....form 1005

Hi All

Thanks for taking the time to read my post.

I'm in the progress of submitting form 1005 to remove the restriction to work (I've lodged an onshore partner visa, I'm British with an Australian partner).

What's concerning me is I'm applying on the grounds of financial hardship as I don't have an employer nominated, but I'm a little concerned on proving 'financial hardship'. Is there a guideline for a figure to prove hardship or is it merely a case of showing outgoing and income?

Currently my partner and I are surviving on her wages and my savings (I haven't depleted my savings yet) but we're trying to set up home in Australia, and start nesting for a family.

Any advice more than welcome.

Thanks

drestarr

Hey Drestarr,

You have to show that at the end of the money there is stilla lot of month left...so basically that incom and outgoing are nearly the same or that only a tiny amount is left.
Best way is to do an excel sheet to show that...

have a look here what I included...got my work rights granted in just one day..

Here!

hope this helps

cheers
