Pls help.. partner visa

I am almost ready with all my documents for Partner visa. I just dont know how to present the photos. did you guys scan them one by one? can I just save them in word document so I can write caption at the bottom? id like to save them in pdf format but Im not sure if its possible.

I put them in a word document and added info about the photo (date, location etc) and then saved it as a PDF.

Just remember that the file can't be more than 5MB. Also remember they are only after a sample of photos you don't need to give them 200 photos.

I have one more question about the statement of "history of relationship" do I have to write it in a statutory declaration form? signed and witnessed? which Document Type should I attach them ? ( I am going to apply online)

We only did like 20-30 photos and our statements was just typed out and signed. No witness or anything like that.

If you have access to acrobat pro, use the save as smaller file feature, can bring a 20mb document down to a few MB. Great for photos as they don't need full res stuff.
