Can I add Mother to my appliction ?

Hello every one,

I would like to know one most imp query.

My mother is totally dependent on me; my father has died when i was in 10 year old and since we (me and my mother) living together and I am the only son of her.

I have applied for Skill Assessment and hopefully I will get it done in this month.

I am so much worried about my mother as she loves me too much and i too. Can you please tell can i add my mother in my application when I will be applying for SkillSelect and when I will be lodging for visa application later. ??

Is there any way around I can add my mother in my application as a depend in my initial application? Or i have to wait and apply later.
