Question Subclass 190

Hi

i was checking border.gov.au website and i found the requirement needed for this visa

Quote:
Requirements

You might be eligible to apply for this visa if you were invited. When we sent you your letter of invitation, you must also have:
  • nominated an occupation that is on the relevant skilled occupation list
  • obtained a suitable skills assessment for that occupation
  • not yet turned 50 years of age
  • achieved the score specified in your letter of invitation based on the factors in the points test
  • at least competent English
  • been nominated by an Australian state or territory government agency.
my questions are :

What are benefits if i get nominated by an Australian state or territory government ?
Is state nominated help me to find jobs easier or limit jobs opportunity ?

Notes:
i already know that Subclass 190 gives 5 points at Skilled Migration Points.

If your occupation is not on the SOL, but is on the CSOL, then you need either state/territory or employer sponsorship. Or if your occupation is on both lists but you can only claim 55 points, then having the ability to gain another 5 points through state/territory sponsorship will mean you may be eligible for a visa.

State/territory sponsorship does not impact your ability to find a job, and the fact that a state/territory is willing to sponsor an occupation doesn't mean there is a lot of jobs in that occupation there.
