Visa 801 application

Hey, I'm Pontus and I'm completely new here.

I have googled around a bit before and found so many helpful answers here. So first of all I'd like to thank all the people responding here on the forum. Though the people who have inadvertently helped me probably won't see this.
I'd still like to say thanks to people who spend their time helping people here. It definitely helps a whole lot. And if I can contribute with helpful information further down the line then I definitely will.

So me and my girlfriend has been together for almost 3 years now (most of it online). I'm 20, she's 18.
Since I'm applying for a permanent visa within Australia we have registered our relationship and will use that since I've only been here since 18/03-2015 (less than 12 months). We currently live with her parents (very strongly believing muslims). Since they won't let her move out anytime with me in the near future. The fact that they're letting me live under the same roof as her is a miracle in itself. I do also pay them $125 a week to pay bills.

I am also completing the application now and I'm at the page where they ask you to give details of the relationship. Such as financial situation and so on. I'm not having much trouble with the evidence right now but I do have a few questions I'd like to ask since my visa expires in 8 days.

So far, what I have is:

1. For the financial part,

Bank statements showing how we manage our finances. Such as me buying the food, clothing, health products, general stuff for pleasure etc... since I currently work quite a bit and she's studying.

Car registration papers under my name, insurance under both of our names.

2. Nature of household

Nothing as of yet, except for a piece of paper on the fridge stating weekly duties when it comes to cleaning and laundry etc.

3. Social aspects,

We've got two statutory declarations so far. More incoming since I'm very lucky to have a lot of people around me willing to do a lot to help me out.

Evidence of going to a zoo (a map with stamps on it), Art exhibition (a drawing she made in the section where you could create your own art), the beach, the city and probably more than 100 pictures to prove it, a joint invitation for me and her to her nephew's birthday

4. Commitment,

A massive amount of knowledge of each other. We both know everything about each other by now.

Registration of our relationship

Loads of evidence of facebook conversations while I was in Sweden

If you've stuck with me so far. I'm already impressed haha. Basically my questions are as follows:

1. Would it be a big problem that we currently have only been together for 11 months and 22-23 days? Since we've registered our relationship.

2. Since we live with her parents for now, and I help them out every week by transferring to them. But don't have any evidence of us two renting anything just on our own or any other bills. Could that be a problem?

3. And it feels like we don't have enough evidence really? Especially due to our living arrangement with her parents and lack of bills. Also because I'm helping them pay bills but I'm not sure if I should mention that or not since its not exactly like paying rent.

4. Also, I've gotten a lot of conflicting information on this. But I've heard that as soon as you pay you're granted a bridging visa. If so, do you have to provide all of the documentation before or do you add it after you pay?

Sorry for it being so lengthy. If anyone decides to try and help me out. Thank you so much in advance. Very stressful ordeal to say the least.
